It's time to register for this year's Pennsylvania Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference! See below for the Conference Packet which includes information about the conference and all the forms needed to register. This year, the forms will be available to be completed and submitted electronically for your convenience.

Please note that all forms must be submitted online by Saturday, March 6, 2010.


Instructions:
The following forms are editable PDFs which will allow you to input your chapter's information directly onto the PDF. Once the form is complete, please save a copy to your computer and add your chapter's name to the file name (ex. YourUniversity_FormName.pdf). Once complete, please email ALL forms to the appropriate people indicated below by Saturday, March 6, 2010.

Please take note of the following:
1. All forms need to be submitted. Please do not overlook any of the forms as doing so may result in your chapter not being properly registered for the conference or their events.
2. There are six different competitive event registration forms that must be completed. The first listed form is used to indicate where the State Testing Coordinator should send your chapter's testing information and online event passwords. Each of the other five forms listed contain the different types of competitive events.
3. For more information about and descriptions of the competitive events, please see your Chapter Management Handbook (provided by the National level) or visit the National FBLA-PBL website.
4. Please view the complete State Leadership Conference Registration Packet, which contains all the details about the conference.
