2011 Pennslyvania Phi Beta Lambda

It's time to register for this year's Pennsylvania Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference! See below for the Conference Packet which includes information about the conference and all the forms needed to register. As done last year, the forms will be available to be completed and submitted electronically for your convenience.

Please note that all forms must be submitted online by Friday, March 4, 2011.


Instructions:
The following forms are editable PDFs which will allow you to input your chapter's information directly onto the PDF. Once the form is complete, please save a copy to your computer and add your chapter's name to the file name (ex. YourUniversity_FormName.pdf). Once complete, please email ALL forms to the appropriate people indicated below by Friday, March 4, 2011.

Please take note of the following:
1. All forms need to be submitted. Please do not overlook any of the forms as doing so may result in your chapter not being properly registered for the conference or their events.
2. Please note that all competitive event testing forms must be completed in order to compete. Please contact Heather Deakin (hdeakin@papbl.org) with any questions about testing.
3. For more information about and descriptions of the competitive events, please see your Chapter Management Handbook (provided by the National level) or visit the National FBLA-PBL website.
4. Please view the complete State Leadership Conference Registration Packet, which contains all the details about the conference. Please note that this version is not editable. See the link below for the editable version of the PDF packet.

Please use this editable PDF to have your chapter sign its members up for competitive events.
SPECIAL NOTE: Accounting Analysis & Decision Making, Accounting for Professionals, Justice Administration, and Macroeconomics were ommitted from the competitive event registration forms. As such, if members would like to register for any of these events, please include a note including the members' names to Heather Deakin when emailing her the forms. Note that up to 3 members per chapter may register for these objective only events.
