Bob Kollar, State Chairman & Financial Advisor

Bob Kollar is in his tenth year of involvement with PBL, which includes serving as chapter advisor at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and becoming a member of the Pennsylvania Phi Beta Lambda State Committee in September 2008. Bob is currently an assistant professor of accounting at Duquesne University’s schools of business, and and is also the director of the School’s Annual Accounting Continuing Education Conference. He has been a CPA for over thirty years.

Prior to joining Duquesne University as a full-time faculty member, Bob began his career with and spent 14 years working for the international professional services firm of Ernst & Young where he was a senior manager in the audit practice. After leaving Ernst & Young, Bob worked with the regional accounting firm of Schneider Downs & Co. for approximately five years as a senior manager also in the audit practice. In 2001, Bob and his wife Kellie, also a CPA, started their own CPA firm, Kuhleman Kollar & Associates CPAs, and Bob still assists some companies with their financial reporting needs in addition to his teaching and administrative responsibilities at Duquesne University. Bob was a member of FBLA during high school.


Lucinda Willis, State Advisor

Lucinda Willis is in her sixteenth year of involvement with PBL. She formerly advised the Indiana University of Pennsylvania chapter and joined the Pennsylvania State Executive Council in the spring of 2008. Lucinda is currently an Professor at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Willis is an avid world traveler with a passion for education and her dog, Tillie.


Dr. Edward Pitingolo, State Advisor

Edward Pitingolo is an Associate Professor of Accounting in the John L. Grove College of Business at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Pitingolo earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s of Business Administration from Kutztown University, and a Doctor of Management in International Operations Management from the University of Maryland, University College. Pitingolo is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and holds a Certification in Financial Management (CFM). He retains membership in the Institute of Management Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Pitingolo has over two decades of management experience. He worked for a number of years in the durable goods manufacturing environment involving assignments in operations and in upper management. His work experience includes entrepreneurial endeavors such as operating an accounting and consulting practice, and real estate management. His research interests include the relationship between accounting and strategic planning, linking environmental sustainability to profitability, and business and economic development. He is published in several journals, and has been a reviewer for a scholarly journal and a textbook publisher.

Mentoring students as the advisor of Phi Beta Lambda, the collegiate society of business, he was the 2012 Advisor of the Year at the Pennsylvania Phi Beta Lambda State Leadership Conference and received accolades for his advisor efforts at the regional and national levels of Phi Beta Lambda. He has been a member of the Pennsylvania PBL State Committee for five years.


Beverly O'Hora, State Advisor

Mrs. Beverly O'Hora has served as the PBL Advisor for Lackawanna College since 2007. Mrs. O’Hora has led many students to success at both state and national leadership conferences. Mrs. O’Hora currently serves as Student Employment Placement and Internship Coordinator at Lackawanna College. As Student Employment Placement and Internship Coordinator, she assists students obtain full or part-time employment as well as Internships. Mrs. O'Hora also serves as an Adjunct Instructor for the college in which she teaches Macroeconomics for the Business Division.

Mrs. O'Hora has been working in the post-secondary field since 1992. She was Administrative Assistant to the Program Manager of the Electronic Commerce Resource Center (ECRC) and she served as Office Manager and Secretary to the Dean of Dexter Hanley College at the University of Scranton. She managed all aspects of department workflow and office productivity, which included 4 full-time secretaries and 10 work-study students. Mrs. O'Hora also taught Business classes through the University of Scranton's Continuing Education Department and served as Student Government President for Dexter Hanley College. Mrs. O’Hora also worked as an assistant in the Provost’s Office at the University of Scranton.



Jennifer Johnson, State Testing Coordinator

Jennifer is a 2016 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Economics. She has been involved with FBLA-PBL for 9 years. After serving on the State Board as an officer for 3 years, she decided to continue to serve as the State Testing Coordinator and Webmaster.

She currently works as an Internet Marketing Specialist at WebpageFX in Harrisburg.


Audrey Magnelli, State Advisor

Audrey is entering her fourth year with PBL. She is currently serving as an advisor to the State Executive Council, and has previously served as the President.  Audrey is currently completing her Master of Accountancy degree at the University of Pittsburgh with hopes of becoming a Certified Public Accountant. Audrey loves being a part of PBL and hopes to continue to build this organization.
