Kimberly Speece, President
Kimberly Speece is a senior at Bloomsburg University where she is majoring in Business Education. She has been actively involved in FBLA since 2016. During her senior year of high school, she served as the PA FBLA State Treasurer. She served as the Vice President of her FBLA Collegiate chapter for three years and was elected National Executive Vice President. Outside of FBLA, Kimberly is a peer mentor to first-year military and Veteran students and a member of the Bloomsburg University Student Veterans Association. Additionally, she is a proud soldier in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as a Human Resources Specialist. After graduating, Kimberly plans on teaching high school business and being an FBLA adviser. Kimberly looks forward to what will be a rewarding year as PA FBLA Collegiate’s State President.

Brianna Le, Vice President
Brianna Le is a sophomore at Susquehanna University where she is majoring in International Business. She has been actively involved in FBLA since 2019. She founded and now leads her own FBLA Collegiate chapter as president. Outside of FBLA, you can find Brianna on the tennis courts as she plays on the Susquehanna Women’s Tennis team. She also serves her community through multiple positions on campus as a Career Ambassador and Residential Assistant. After graduation, Brianna looks forward to traveling the world and working alongside people from diverse cultures within the International Business industry. Brianna cannot wait to work alongside PA FBLA Collegiate members as State Vice President and is already excited to get to work alongside the FBLA Collegiate State Executive Council.

Lamar Bishop , Secretary
Lamar Bishop is a junior at The University of Scranton, where he is double majoring in Business Administration/Management. He has been actively involved in FBLA since 2018. He has served his FBLA Collegiate chapter as Secretary for one year and was elected Vice President this year. Moreover, Lamar is a member of Student Government at his school. Additionally, Lamar is a Resident Assistant. After graduating, Lamar plans to continue his education and ascertain his masters. Lamar looks forward to serving as State Secretary and is excited to work with his fellow state council officers.

Anthony Florkowski , Treasurer
Anthony Florkowski is a junior at Alvernia University, where he is majoring in Accounting. He has been actively involved in FBLA since 2021. He served his Collegiate FBLA chapter for two years as a historian and vice president and was elected PA State Treasurer. In addition to being the PA State Treasurer, Anthony works for Alvernia University’s O’Pake Institute for Economic Development and Entrepreneurship. He also is involved with the school’s club ice hockey team. After graduating, Anthony plans to work in public accounting or for a private company in the finance sector. Anthony is excited to serve his first year on the PA FBLA state council during the 2023-2024 academic year.

Rebecca Mauck, Reporter
Rebecca Mauck is a senior at Penn State York where she is double majoring in Business – Marketing and Management and Project and Supply Chain Management. She has been an active member of FBLA since 2022 and has served as Penn State York’s FBLA chapter Vice President of Public Relations since joining the organization. Rebecca hopes to work within the hospitality industry upon graduation. She is eager to serve on the PA FBLA state council during the 2023-2024 academic year and looks forward to working closer with all of the PA FBLA chapters.
