Brandon Doerr, President



Brandon Doerr is a sophomore accounting student at South Hills School of Business & Technology. After completing his sophomore year at South Hills School of Business & Technology, Brandon plans on transferring to Seton Hill and enrolling in their MBA program. In addition to being a student and state president of Pennsylvania Phi Beta Lambda, Brandon is a Culinary Professional at the Olive Garden in State College. Marissa Cosgrove, Vice President

Marissa is a junior accounting and finance student at Alvernia University and this is her third year participating in Phi Beta Lambda. Outside of PBL, Marissa is active in Alvernia's Student Government Association as treasurer and is an Orientation Weekend Leader, Woman's Council Member, and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. While being your state vice president, she is also serving as her chapter's secretary and as a student mentor for a local FBLA chapter. She is enthusiastic and prepared for another great year leading Phi Beta Lambda on the State Executive Council and would love to be in contact with every one of you.

 Justin Ziegler, Treasurer

 Justin D. Ziegler is a junior in the Zeigler College of Business at Bloomsburg University earning his Bachelors in Accounting and Economics or Finance. In addition to serving as the State Treasurer, he currently runs for Bloomsburg’s Cross Country and Track teams. Before attending Bloomsburg University, Justin graduated from Montgomery County Community College with an Associate in Business Administration. There, he served as the Treasurer of Phi Beta Lambda, Vice President of Student Government Association, a member of Phi Theta Kappa, and a Souderton Area High School Assistant Coach of Cross Country and Track & Field. After his obtaining Bachelors, he hopes to get into Bloomsburg’s Accelerated Master’s program in Accounting to earn his CPA. After school, Justin plans work for an accounting firm, investment firm, federal government or Federal Reserve Bank. Passionate, committed, and attentive Justin looks forward to working with the State Executive Council in making this year one of growth for Pennsylvania Phi Beta Lambda and her local chapters.  Michael Zappone, Secretary

Michael Zappone is a senior majoring in business management and marketing at Alvernia University. This is his third year in Pennsylvania Phi Beta Lambda and has served as his chapter's Parliamentarian and is currently serving as President of his chapter for a second term. He was involved with FBLA for two and half years in high school and served as chair of two committees. Michael is very excited to serve as your State Secretary and to help members from across the state. He can be reached at

 Emma Lupia, Reporter

 Emma Lupia is a senior at Penn State University attending the Harrisburg Campus. She is a Business Management major minoring in Human Resources. Emma is a graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College with a major in Business Administration. At HACC she was the Phi Beta Lambda Club President for almost two years. Emma has been a PBL member for over three years. Emma works at the Student Access Services office at HACC. Emma is also a part of the Invent Penn State event where she was involved in the idea test lab. In Emma's free time she enjoys gardening. Emma is looking forward to reporting the news of PBL to you.
